UNIT AND SUBUNIT OBJECTIVES

Unit Command

  • Work in conjunction with subunit commanders in all aspects of the unit.
  • Create and maintain unit presence, recruiting and lore:
    • Create standardized recruiting posts;
    • Create standardized unit media; and
    • Create unit lore and news article.
  • Create and maintain campaigns.:
    • Plan out enemy TO&E as well as disposition around the map; and
    • Plan out realistic objectives for all elements.
  • Create weekly operations:
    • Consider overarching campaign narrative;
    • Consider units actions and intent;
    • Consider enemy actions and most likely/dangerous; and
    • Balance mission pacing in game according to in game events.

Platoon

  • Create and maintain individual and subunit competency:
    • Be attentive to and develop individual ability and skill level throughout;
    • Develop sections into cohesive teams; and
    • Practice subunit SOP’s at the Pl level;
  • Create interunit interoperability:
    • Communicate and train with other subunits.

Pathfinders

  • Create and maintain individual and subunit competency:
    • Be attentive to and develop individual ability and skill level throughout; and
    • Practice subunit SOP’s at the det level.
  • Create interunit interoperability:
    • Communicate and train with other subunits.
  • Provide reconnaissance of objectives, points of interest and routes:
    • Provide detailed information and develop Objs as required; and
    • Provide imagery as requested.
  • Perform Kinetic operations:
    • Securing HLZs, DZs, BHs or objectives; and
    • Special recovery and acquisition.

Squadron

  • Create and maintain individual and subunit competency:
    • Be attentive to and develop individual ability and skill level throughout;
    • Develop  pilots into cohesive flights; and
    • Practice subunit SOP’s at the squadron level.
  • Create interunit interoperability:
    • Communicate and train with other subunits.
  • Provide support to personnel on the ground. This is accomplished in the following forms and can be via Fixed or Rotary wing as needs dictate:
    • Insertion (e.g. personnel or material);
    • Evacuation (e.g. medical or objective completion);
    • Close Air Support (CAS); and
    • Combat Air Patrol (CAP).
